We have had Dia for 4 years and we have ridden trails and playdays on her. She has given us two beautiful paint babies and she is an excellent momma! As you can see, she is a nice looking bay and she is about 14.2 hands tall. She is somewhat the dominant mare but loves to be loved on! She is a real "people horse". She would be great for an intermediate to advanced rider. She would NOT be a roping/cutting/barrel racing prospect, as she would not win any speed races. She needs an owner that will make her mind....because like most horses, if you let them, they will get lazy, barn sour and disrespectful!
We would love for her to have someone that would take good care of her and use her. We are only selling her because we have too many horses and we don't use her often enough. She deserves to be riden and well taken care of!

Cactus Jack
20+ year old gelding
not registered
Rider: beginner to intermediate
Price: $900
Cactus is 20 or so years old and approximately 14.2 hands tall. He is a very special guy. He used to be a cribber so he is limited on teeth! His primary food source is grain (pellets). He can graze and eat hay, but 80% of his diet comes from grain so he eats about 12 lbs. of grain a day. (He also chews each bite 32 times! haha) He is very gentle and would be great for a child beginning to learn to ride or a very small person (less than 100 lbs.). He is not a dominant horse so he would be great in a pasture as an only horse, or one of few. We have used him the last couple of summers as a lesson horse. Kids learning to ride would ride a pony first, to learn the basics, and then graduate to Cactus, their first big horse to ride. He is very slow and would prefer not to lope, but will get up and go if you insist! We really care about Cactus and want to make sure his new owner understands that he must have his grain to maintain his weight and be healthy and happy. Again, the only reason we are selling him is because we have too many horses that need to be trained and he doesn't get the excercise and work he needs to stay fit. He would require a beginning to intermediate small rider.
